Artificial intelligence is powering the travel industry. The key technology is not only an opportunity to improve the processes in the company, but also to completely rethink procedures.
In the webinar, the CCI Regensburg will present you with some examples from the tourism landscape: from AI-supported holiday consulting service for travel agencies to forecasts and document capture. In addition, the webinar will also show you the linking and merging of open and semantically marked data in a tourism knowledge graph. Real-time data provide the basis for AI-based models, for example for forecasting capacity utilization and thus for visitor management.
