Digitization plays an enormous role also in administration, not least the pandemic has accelerated this development. The following applies: Technological progress is the basis of our prosperity, but it is not neutral. The special challenge of the city: It wants and must take all citizens with it as well as create offers that can be used by everyone. And in the digital area, the question follows: How to deal with data? We use data for better services, we use data for internal control and we provide a lot of data OGD (open data government). The next question that comes up to us: Do we use the data for applications with artificial intelligence?
