Lecture series “OTH Regensburg STADTnah”: Climate-friendly and social living in Margaretenau with sun and AI (presentation of the MAGGIE project)

The East Bavarian Technical University of Applied Sciences in Regensburg (OTH Regensburg) celebrates its 50th anniversary as a university of applied sciences and organizes, together with the city of Regensburg, the lecture series “OTH Regensburg STADTnah” (~ East Bavarian Technical University of Applied Sciences in Regensburg close to town) – and invites the whole region.

As part of the lecture series, academics from the university speak about a wide range of appealing topics. Interesting places in the city of Regensburg were selected for this.

During a guided tour through the traditional cooperative residential district Margaretenau in the west of Regensburg, the MAGGIE research project will be presented, in which climate-friendly and rental-cost-neutral solutions for modernizing the historical building stock are being developed. During the tour through the demonstration building, the technical solutions are explained and the architectural implementation is made clear.

Tuesday, 10-26-2021, Beginning: 04.00 p.m., Wohnviertel (residential area) Margaretenau
