The requirements for nursing staff are becoming increasingly complex. At the same time, the learning habits of junior staff members are changing. In addition, the competition for (qualified) nursing staff has intensified considerably, not least due to the Corona crisis.
Innovative technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) can make a contribution to make the training and further education of employees more practical. StellDirVor (~ Imagine) has developed a digitally and virtually supported employee lifecycle for this purpose. Using good practical examples, the founder of the start-up, Petra Dahm, shows how digital and immersive technologies help to motivate, attract, qualify and relieve nursing staff.
Areas of application are the effective design of employee marketing, the pre-qualification of (international) nursing and junior staff as well as digital support in everyday life.
The Working world 4.0 themed platform of the Bavarian Digitization Center will discuss this in the sixth part of their online event series “The digital working world with and without AI” together with the Digital health and medicine themed platform of the Bavarian Digitization Center.
In this event format of the Working world 4.0 themed platform of the Bavarian Digitization Center companies present good practical examples and discuss them with the participants. The aim is to exchange information about successful and failed digitization projects in different organizational areas.
Wednesday, 10-20-2021, 10.00 a.m. – 11.00 a.m., virtual event
